Thermal imaging inspections
See the problems you can't see. Thermal imaging finds overheating connections and hidden electrical faults early – before they lead to breakdowns, damage or fire.

Thermal imaging in action
What is thermal imaging?
Heat tells the story
A thermal imaging camera picks up infrared heat and turns it into a picture, showing hot spots that are completely invisible to the naked eye.
Electrical faults almost always create heat before they fail. A loose connection, a corroded terminal, an overloaded circuit or a failing component will run hotter than it should – often for months before anything obvious goes wrong.
Because the scan is done while your system is running normally, it's non-invasive and usually needs little or no downtime.
What a scan can reveal
- Loose or deteriorating connections
- Overloaded circuits and unbalanced loads
- Failing breakers, fuses and components
- Overheating cables and terminations
- Faulty solar panels, isolators and connectors
Where it matters most
What we inspect
Switchboards
The heart of every electrical system. We scan breakers, busbars and connections for hot spots that signal trouble ahead.
Commercial premises
Shops, offices, workshops and industrial sites – where a single fault can mean downtime, stock loss or a safety incident.
Solar systems
Identify underperforming or damaged panels, overheating isolators and faulty connectors on your array.
Preventative maintenance
Find it early, fix it cheaply
Most electrical fires and failures don't happen without warning – the warning is just invisible. Regular thermal imaging turns that invisible warning into a clear, actionable report.
Catching a problem at the hot-spot stage usually means a simple repair. Leaving it can mean damaged equipment, unplanned downtime or worse.
- Reduce fire risk by finding overheating early
- Avoid unplanned downtime and emergency call-outs
- Extend equipment life by fixing issues before they spread
- Plan repairs on your schedule, not in a crisis
Peace of mind for landlords & business owners
You're responsible for the safety of the people in your buildings. A thermal imaging inspection gives you confidence that your electrical system is in good shape – and a clear record of it.
Every inspection comes with a report showing thermal images of any issues found, what they mean and our recommendations – useful for your maintenance and compliance records.
Pair it with a business maintenance contract for regular, scheduled scans.
